Membership of AIP is available as follows:

Members comprise companies engaged in the refining, marketing and/or distribution of petroleum products.

Associate Members comprise:

• companies engaged in the supply of services and products to the petroleum refiners, marketers and distributors
• companies seeking access to the services provided by AIP's subsidiary, the Australian Marine Oil Spill Centre (AMOSC)
• universities, research establishments, government departments and authorities and other non-profit organisations with interests in the petroleum products industry.
